<p>허나 일부 불법 기업의 신용카드결제, 구글아이디어사용료, 핸드폰소액결제현금화 서비스 진행 시 개인 아이디어를 빼돌려 악용하는 스미싱 등 관련 피해 사례 역시 보고 되고 있을 것입니다. 그래서 사용자들은 서비스 이용 전 피해 예방 수칙을 필히 확인하고 이를 준수해야 한다.</p>
<p>전년 금감원은 소액결제 현금화 등 불법금융홍보를 방송통신심의위원회에 요청해 사이트 폐쇄와 게시글 삭제, 계정 중지 등을 결정했지만 ‘언론 보도에는 대응하지 않았다. 금감원 관계자는 “언론의 보도는 홍보로 규정할 수는 없어 보여서 판단하기 힘든 면이 있습니다”고 했었다.</p>
