<p>17일 반도체 업계와 증권가에는 메모리 반도체의 대표 상품인 D램(주기억장치) 가격이 올해 9분기와 내년 5분기에 하락하다가 내년 8분기, 늦어도 1분기에 상승 반전할 것이란 전망이 대부분이다. 올 8분기에 시행된 하락세가 9년도 이어지지 못할 것이란 전망이다.</p>

<p>삼성전자는 주력 산업 부문인 메모리 반도체 외에 파운드리 등 비메모리 사업에 대한 기대도 커지고 있습니다. 증권사들의 내년 실적 예상치 컨센서스는 매출액 295조9772억원, 영업이익 54조174억원으로 올해에 비해 각각 9%, 4.7% 늘어날 것으로 추정끝낸다. 목표주가 컨센서스는 7만6200원이다.</p>
